Drug Treatment Options

We take a multidimensional approach to recovery. By offering various treatment options, each individual and his or her family can work through past conflicts that have contributed to substance abuse.

Addiction can make it seem like all hope is lost. Our innovative, evidence-based programs address client needs and work to restore that hope, twofold.

What does intensive outpatient treatment involve?

Intensive outpatient treatment requires that clients attend day-long treatment sessions with our therapists. This program ensures that individuals receive therapy and the basic care they need during the early stages of recovery. With complete diagnostics and clinical assessments, we make clients as comfortable as possible during this time, and do so with compassion and respect.

Individuals are integrated into a therapy program in which they begin to develop the tools needed to stay clean and sober. We apply a variety of therapeutic models to group and individual therapy to restore balance and re-instill hope.

Ongoing care is critical.

Once clients have completed the intensive outpatient program, it’s best to participate in outpatient treatment. During this phase of recovery, they will continue to participate in therapy sessions in order to work through any additional issues.

What about the risk of relapse?

Individuals must stay connected to the recovery community in order to prevent relapse. After having completed the treatment program, clients are given the resources and contacts for  reconnecting with ATSI through alumni programs or other key supportive measures that keep alumni actively involved in recovery, from social activities to exciting volunteer activities. Since relapse is very common and to be expected, we encourage the participation in support groups to foster motivation and support.

Our staff is experienced in helping clients through the entire recovery process. We make sure each person is equipped with the tools they need to stay clean and sober the moment they leave treatment.
