A Parent’s Struggle
Drug addiction and alcoholism can take a toll on many more lives than just the addict’s. Parents struggle with guilt, shame, and helplessness when their child is an addict. Parents of addicts need help and support as well, to learn how to interact with their child without nagging or enabling them, and to heal their own wounds.
